Our Story 

Our Beginning:

At WittyGlo, we believe everyone has been given unique gifts and talents which creates this beautifully diverse world we are gifted to live in today.  One of our gifts is being innovative and creative.  While traveling around the country visiting friends, we noticed a trend.  Beautiful well-designed kitchens and homes had unattractive devices of all types trying to remove insects.  We also began noticing insects joining our table at five-star venue’s and recognized although other products were hard at work trying to mitigate the issue, there was still work to be done.  After many years of research, planning, testing, and building prototypes out of our workshop, we were ready to take the next step.

Along The Journey:

A Food Trailer, “What are they thinking?”.  Often times you have to be willing to step outside your comfort zone to see what opportunities may lie before you. We knew we would need to get creative in how to fund this great idea. So, we took some special family recipes and a few we created along the journey, and opened a mobile restaurant or better known as food trailer business.  We combined our famous recipes with an amazing staff, and Poppa’s Catfish Nation was born. While we no longer own the food trailer itself, we still own the business and all the original recipes including the famous Poppa’s Fish Tacos.
